How long does an assessment take?
It depends on the size of the platform. We scope it with you in the first conversation, once we see how many sources, apps and teams are involved.
Do you need admin access?
We need read access to the configuration and to the internal indexes. If your policy doesn't allow that, we work with exports and guided sessions.
Does the result commit us to hiring you afterwards?
No. The roadmap is designed so your own team, us, or a third party can execute it.
