An observability consultancy should know when observing isn't necessary. This website doesn't observe you.

Cookies and analytics
We don't install cookies, don't use analytics tools or tracking pixels, and don't load third-party resources. Fonts, images and videos are served from the site's own files. For transitions between pages we store a technical flag in your browser's session storage: it contains no personal data, never leaves your device, and is deleted when you close the tab.
Contact form
When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email, company, topics and message) is sent to Web3Forms, the service we use to deliver it to our mailbox contact@fernetconsultants.com. Web3Forms acts as a data processor: according to its documentation, it is hosted on Amazon Web Services and keeps submissions for 30 days. You can read its privacy policy. We use this data only to answer your enquiry, on the terms set out in the next section. If Web3Forms is unavailable, the form offers to send us the message from your own email client instead.
If you write to us
If you send us an email, we will process your name, address and whatever you tell us in order to reply to you and, should we go on to work together, to manage the professional relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, should we reach an agreement, the performance of that contract. We keep the conversation for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. We do not share your data with third parties.
Assessment
Assessment answers are calculated in your browser and disappear when you close the page. They only reach us if you decide to send us the result by email.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@fernetconsultants.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland), the supervisory authority for our home country, or to the authority in your own country of residence, such as the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
